We are seeking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products (Mobile and Web Applications). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to understand business and user needs and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user goals, preferences, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to visualize the user experience and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design mockups that effectively communicate the desired user interface and user experience.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability evaluations and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design processes.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Relevant experience or a strong design portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on user interface design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
